President & CEO
Tom Lineen is the Co-Founder and CEO at West Town Payments. With over 20 years of payment solution expertise, he effectively navigates and advocates for compliance-driven and traditional business verticals, through old-fashioned values centered around integrity and transparency coupled with innovative, modern technology. Along with his strategic leadership roles in FinTech companies, he is an active angel investor, board member, mentor and advisor to several exciting and disruptive companies in the predictive analytics and B2B payments space.
Jessica Santos-Brown
Vice President of Sales
Jessica is a Relationship Management Executive with more than 20 years of experience translating business vision into collaborative partnerships with ISO’s, B2B channels, financial institutions and associations. She is a subject matter expert in payments and financial technology, including merchant services, transaction security and banking solutions, and both direct and indirect sales methodology.
Kat Beaudoin
Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Kat brings over 15 years of experience in merchant payments, working previously for EVO Payments. In her current role, Kat supports the operational activities for West Town Payments, maximizing growth and financial stability by developing and implementing long term and short-term business objectives. She also assists in providing customer service, technical support, deployment and overall quality assurance.
Jason Hatch
Vice President of Credit
Jason oversees the Risk and Underwriting teams for West Town Payments and has over 13 years of experience in the processing industry. With a dedicated focus on compliance as well as card brand rules and regulations, Jason works to instill a strong customer-focused mentality in his role. This results in a very “hands on” approach when educating and assisting merchants. In doing so, he enables the team to build stronger relationships through trust and familiarity while lowering the overall rate of attrition.
